GroupSix United Co., or ‘GroupSix’, is a Kuwait-based culinary group founded through a partnership between chef Ahmad Al-Bader and MMC Catering. Established in 2005, GroupSix began its story with the opening of its first flagship restaurant, 77 Josper Bar (previously ‘The Burger Hub’): a local burger concept that quickly made a name for itself in Kuwait’s highly-competitive and heavily saturated restaurant sector.

Following the success of its first concept, GroupSix began its journey of growth and expansion, diversifying its business to currently include two primary business segments: food service and food consultancy.

On the food service front, today the Company proudly owns and operates three self-managed restaurants that cater to the discerning palates and sophisticated tastes of Kuwait’s food-loving population:

Then with the latest addition to its business portfolio, Central Eats, GroupSix ventured one step further out of the kitchen and into the culinary consultancy world. Becoming more than just a kitchen, GroupSix opened its doors as a food incubator for food and beverage companies looking to develop their food concepts, build their brands and establish their businesses.
